Right now I am around 135. I am 5’4. I would like to see the number on the scale move into the 120’s, but I understand that I am lifting heavy weights and so I might not see as big as an improvement on the scale as I might if I were to keep track of my body fat and measurements.
I haven’t been able to find anything that accurately tells me how many calories I burn through exercise, but I do wear a heart rate monitor and the entire time I am working out I know that my heart rate is the the maximum zone.
My ultimate goal is loose body fat and develop some lean muscle, so I am not as hung up as what the scale says (I finally have gotten over this!).
