I like some of the old Richard Simmons videos, he's weird but the workouts are high cardio and sort of fun. My mom has pretty much the whole set. I don't know about the 1,500 calories, it all depends on what those calories are made of. How does your pie chart look? Are you getting enough protein for your body to make muscle with? Are you getting in enough nutrition for good health?
My chart looks fine so far but I should look for more protein you say, I didn't know that, thanks I'll do that next time I grocery shop
