I hate the word "ONLY"
This is just my perspective, and no one need agree with me. I'm just sayin':
I absolutely hate the word "ONLY", as in "I've only lost...". We need to start being proud of our acheivements, no matter how big or small and no matter how long it took to get there. Using the word "only" in itself is negative. My suggestion is to turn it into a positive, as in, "I've already lost..."
Another suggestion for those (and I'm just as guilty) who say "I've only lost 20 pounds" is next time you are at the grocery store, pick up two bags of potatoes and carry them around for the entire shopping trip. Afterwards, you'll never use the word only again.
Stand and be proud of our accomplishments...look how far we've come.
(Sorry...when I'm passionate about something, I tend to get a little preachy)
