YES! That is what works for me, too. Otherwise I'm aiding the "enemy" by allowing it to feed me lies: "Oh, what's one piece of cake and I've had such a rough day, I deserve it." No, we deserve to be healthy and fit to take on the challenges of the day! Congrats on your weight loss!!
