This site helped me lose 70 pounds!
I started dieting and exercising since approximately 1 year ago, found this website in September, and THAT was when recording every calorie helped me lose weight consistently, especially in November/December!
I was originally 242 pounds when I started and am now trying to maintain in the low 170s (for a 5'10" guy). I've always been an overweight person since I was 4 years old and now at the age of 28 I've never felt better!
I will definitely continue to use fitday in maintaining my weight loss and have already recommended several people in real life.
