I've been doing the sick kid drill, so eating and exercise are haphazard. It's going okay, but less opportunity to stick to a plan leaves a lot of things off the cuff. The tendency is to grab something quick, and waiting too long between meals leads to cravings and the grouchies. This too shall pass...but what a stinky week to start summer vacation
