Default Weight on scale..

Well I just recently bought an elite scale to check my daily weight and fitness level, whether how much weight I am losing and who much exercises giving me results for weight loss..Diet is doing good or not..Well I am feeling really happy because I lost my 10 pound weight on the scale, in just 15 days with the help of natural activities..

I think when you have a scale you can easily control over your diets as well as your weight. Because when you have a proper diet plan with the quantity that how much diet you using by weight or calories than you can easily control over your weight.

It sounds like you need to invest in a good new digital scale. Just go to WalMart or K-Mart and stand on the scale several times. It should say the same thing every time. With the new ones, you have to tap your toe on it and a bunch of 8's come up. In a second they change to zeros, and that's when you hop on.

You should check your weight after 15 days because on daily basis you didn't get any result to notice, weight losing needs time it's not a kid thing.

This is good, now you've got your own scale so now you can check the progress on daily of your weight losing exercises and diet plan, It can help you to check how your workout and diet plan working?
It's a great idea to have a scale.

I think the scale can help, but at the same time I have learned that JUST focusing on the scale is something that is ultimately going to backfire. I prefer to look at how things fit on me, how I feel – what is my energy level. I have found that those are better indicators.

I avoid getting into the scale as much as possible. It makes me so depress seeing the digits. LOL.

I kind of disagree with what I see on scale. I would rather believe the fit of my clothes than those digits.
