Huh??? There must be some kind of error...can you give a little bit more information as to where you got that number? Try entering your information again. I can't think of anything on FitDay (or any other reliable source) that would tell you to eat nothing! Your body needs nutrients and calories just to go about daily tasks such as breathing and keeping your heart beating!
