The arms are the mainstay
The arms are the mainstay of balance in the athlete. The work force biceps, it will serve to prevent fatigue in this area in an intense workout or race, thus preventing a deficiency of technical occurs.
Muscles involved in making alternate biceps curl
Main muscles: biceps and anterior gill. That is, the entire front face of the arm
Secondary muscles: extensors of the forearm.
Technical implementation of alternate biceps curl
Stand with apart at shoulder width apart and a dumbbell in each hand feet.
The arms are outstretched and palms facing inward.
