Default What is keeping you from losing weight?

Hey! I was just wondering what were reasons that you, or even other people, are having trouble lose weight. Is it motivation, time, money, or anything else? If you struggled for a long time but then succeeded; What did you change that helped you succeed?

Default Tips for Weight loss

There are many reasons eg, motivation, dedication, healthy diet, right guidance, and more. If you are unable to weight loss then I would suggest you to hire a personal fitness trainer he/she will give you guidance, diet plan, and exercises plans to keep moving towards your health goals.

My motivation came when my MD told me I'd be dead in 10 yrs or less if I didn't get a handle on my eating and lose weight. He then told me things I thought were healthy habits that were making my asthma worse and going against my medications. I've tried to follow his directions and to date have lost over 80 pounds since July of last year.

And the journey continues! Vicki

You're following a weight-loss eating plan. You're exercising almost every day. You're proud of the new healthy habits you've learned. Yet week after week, the scale barely seems to budge.

From my experience if you have time and motivation mostly protein nutrition > cardio > and some supplements, maybe whey protein and universal animal cuts.

I lose weight, feel great, and then go back to emotional eating and gain it back and more.

There could be a no. of reasons like :

People are too lazy to do the workouts.

They couldn't control their cravings for unhealthy food, so whatever exercise they do, it goes down the drain.

I believe it all comes down to one single factor - Motivation. Ask yourself why do you want to lose weight ? There has to be some reason, right ? Use that reason as a motivating factor.
