Bea - You gave it your best.....you're not afraid of a challenge and that's probably one of the reasons you've been so successful!! I haven't done it yet, but I promise to give it a go after dinner. I'll let you know how I fair out!!! Old gal!! Pfffft!! You're lapping many a younger woman when doing these workouts!!! Leavin' 'em in your dust!

Current Weight (27/Feb/15) - 141.4 lbs.
1st Goal (to get out of an 'overweight' BMI)- 136 lbs.

Easter Challenge Goal - 129 lbs.
Distance Challenge - 60.7/150 miles by Easter
