Bea - I'm glad you're making use of this rotation I put up. I think you're the only one!! I also see the extra exercise showed on the scale this week for you! You are doing so well!

1st Goal (to get out of an 'overweight' BMI)- 136 lbs.

Easter Challenge Goal - 129 lbs.
Distance Challenge - 60.7/150 miles by Easter
