water can help you lose weight and live a healthier life. People who consume more water on a regular basis are more likely to feel less hungry . As a result, they are less likely to eat for the pleasure of eating .

Water is the source of life. It is essential for our very survival. Water even helps us lose weight, if we use it properly. Regularly consuming water improves the bodies overall ability to function. Every cell in the body requires water in order for the chemical and electrical processes to function properly. Water also works wonderfully to fill the belly in order to avoid the feeling of hunger that obviously triggers eating. Water also helps to flush the body of harmful toxins and heavy metals which are not only going to cause weight gain, but are also harmful to your overall health long term.

It is close to impossible for your body to lose weight when it's dehydrated, because it will want to store everything. So keeping well hydrated is key to getting your body to do what you want it to, lose weight! This is why caffeine isn't great because it dehydrates you.
