This is for anyone out there who has tried to lose weight/get fit/get healthy...(however you define it) only to give up because you think you've failed and that you're not strong enough, committed enough or capable of achieving your goals. You are capable! You can do this! You just have to keep getting up every time you fall and keep on moving forward! Stop trying to find the 'secret' to weight loss. There is no secret!! There is no pill, supplement or special diet. You're not going to find the solution in a book/magazine or website! The 'secret' to losing weight is to eat healthy, unrefined food, eat less calories than you currently do and move more so that you have a deficit at the end of the day. It takes time and patience, but it is possible and you can do this!
