The only thing I can think of is that the foods you cite are very common - chicken, milk, etc., and used in a lot of dishes. cooked in different ways. I agree there are a lot of items for each of these.

It is frustrating. However, IMO, it's more frustrating when the search doesn't allow me to look through those pages and just gives me the reply that the item is not found!

In the case of 'egg whites,' 'egg white' gives better results.

You probably already found out that 'skinless' works better than 'no skin.'
