I'm having the same kind of week. I haven't been exercising at all...the weather has been crappy and raining so I can't get out and walk...and I haven't been doing anything inside either. Laying and watching tv has been more comfortable. Also eating has been bad too! I want to get out of this - but it's easier to fall into my old habits! How can we turn this around!?
