I am a 44-yr-old female with a weight of 193 lbs and height of 5'5". I would like to lose about 35 lbs. Parts of my life are very good and happy, but seeing myself this size is very depressing. I am done wallowing and ready to do the work! I started my food log today and picked up some basic fitness equipment, including a pedometer.
Spring has arrived in my neck of the woods, and more vitamin D from the sun will help a great deal. I have also started taking B complex, B12, and vit D in pill form. I expect to look and feel AMAZING by mid summer and cannot wait to chart results!!
