Did you set up your profile in fitday with your height, etc.? It should take into account other factors such as whether you are sedentary/inactive.
A good rule of thumb (I read in Prevention) is that if you are inactive, the calories your body needs to maintain your weight is 10 calories per pound. That would mean that if your inactive lifestyle requires 1200 calories, you would weigh 120 lbs at the moment.
If that's the case, that you do weigh 120 pounds right now, then I guess you do just need 1200 calories to be inactive. Doesn't sound like much....
