Better drink less fruit juice.. rather eat fruits and veggie above all. Many Filipinos had been proven healthy, never been experiencing sickness for quite eating these healthy foods. Also, it contains less calories than other foods and contains nutrients helping body to keep healthy and alive. If you have an overweight, you can involve with your diet aside from veggie and fruits some carbo-rich foods such rice or bread. Weight loss requires exercise, and exercise also requires some of these food. If you have a normal, you can only eat fruits and veggie to maintain your weight and good health. NOTE: You can add carbo-rich foods if necessary depending to level of your daily activities.
