Since you brought up the use of PB2 last week, I've been trying to think of different ways to use it. I forgot one of my favourite ways to use it....obviously I haven't made this in a while! Creamy Peanut Butter dip! You mix 1/2 cup of 0% Greek Yourt with 2 TBSP PB2 and eat it with a cut up apple. So yummy! Just ate this for my snack and had to post!
