Ya lolatorres, it helps to make mood and prevent stress and depression. But to live a healthy lifestyle only healthy food is not ok, one must also do at least 1 hour exercises daily to keep himself/herself body fit and healthy.
yes i agree with you like i know the helthy body is = 70%healthy food + 30% fitness
