Default how long did it take to reach your goal weight

Hi Everyone, I'm new here and have been reading the success stories. I've started last month eating healthier (salads, no rice,no pasta but I eat bread once in a while ) and drinking loads of water. I don't have time to exercise at a gym but I walk about when I can and even take the stairs from the 6th floor (going to start walking up from next week, but at least I'm starting ).

I currently weigh 216.6 lbs and have given myself to October 1st to weigh 190lbs, do you think it's feasible? How long did you guys take to reach your goal weight?

I've never reached full goal weight but it took 17 months to lose 100lbs. Then I gained back 33 of it over the next 18 months.

I've always heard that 1-2 lbs a week was a good rate of loss. If you lost just 1 lb a week you would reach your goal by October 1st.

Hey, you're still down 67 pounds. I'm almost back to my starting weight.
