I've always heard that 1-2 lbs a week was a good rate of loss. If you lost just 1 lb a week you would reach your goal by October 1st.

Start (1/9/14): 276.8
Goal (Summer, 2015): 130ish
Current: 246.8

Age: 43

Next mini goal 238 by 10/17
17.8 lbs to go until next bigger goal.
Would like to be as close to ONEderland by Christmas as possible.
