Default Tuna w Italian twist

Drain chunk tuna 3-6 oz, diced, vegetables chopped to your tastes combine and mix well
favourite Italian dressing 2-3 teaspoons
fresh green onions
red/green peppers

Spicier taste add hot chili flakes, hot peppers etc

Instead of bread or wrap put a few spoons on a sturdy green: romaine, fennel
