jogging back and forth in room not good?
Well, it was VERY cold outside so i started to jog pacing back and forth - it makes like 10 meters each trip.
Weird thing is, that when i eventually was able to jog 2.5 km back and forth; and once it did get warmer i went outside...and after 400m my legs did hurt and i was out of breath. Like WTH?! Can you explain this?

Perhaps when you were jogging indoors, you 'ran' differently and so different muscles came into play. Then, when you went outside to jog, it was more like your usual style and the usual muscles were getting a workout. Then the combination was 'too much, too soon.'
Just a guess.
Just a guess.
