Libby - Sorry to hear you've had such a tough week. Here's to a new week!

Aimee - Congrats on getting under the 200 lb. mark!!! You should be very proud of yourself! The only reason I lost 5 is because I shed the water weight I was carrying from last week...I'm usually doing well to lose 1/2 to 1 lbs. per week

Can't wait to hear how everyone else faired out this week!

1st Goal (to get out of an 'overweight' BMI)- 136 lbs.

Distance Challenge - 60.7/150 miles by Easter
