4 kgs in 10 days with atkins style diet Thats after 6 months in the gym and achieving nothing Still at the gym but it is coming off nicely now.
As my naturopath says the food takes it off and the exercise keeps it off

the gym is for your health and general over all fittness of your body where as your diet controls your weight. It takes both to get a good ballance.
diet alone will get you to loose weight but you have to hit the gym to get that body in a shape that is appealing.
