Not sure what happened to my post from earlier? Anyway....checking in with Day 22 of my current 30 day rotation with was a mix shoulders/cardio....love working my shoulders! I also did day 2 of the new 30 challenge I'm doing. It was only 12 minutes, but it was tough!!! Awesome workouts!
