Its been a good day. I was on track with my diet and exercise.
Week 3
Day 6

Calorie limit 1200 YNYYYY
6 glasses of water YNYYYY
Treadmill 3X YYYYYY
Hand weights 3X YYY
Post daily and weigh in on Friday no matter what[

We have one more day before weigh in. I hope every one is doing well.
