Fantastic post! I love the advice and the fact that you put so much time and effort into creating such a useful list. However, there is one item that you completely missed which is essential for not only long term health, but happiness, as well as emotional, spiritual, and mental well-being. Happiness is an essential aspect of long term good health and longevity. It also adds a degree of enjoyment to the whole experience of life. Emotions of joy, happiness, and inner peace change our molecular make-up. This overall long term change to the cells in the body extend their lifespan, as well as their ability to function more efficiently.
