Water is the source of life. It is essential for our very survival. Water even helps us lose weight, if we use it properly. Regularly consuming water improves the bodies overall ability to function. Every cell in the body requires water in order for the chemical and electrical processes to function properly. Water also works wonderfully to fill the belly in order to avoid the feeling of hunger that obviously triggers eating. Water also helps to flush the body of harmful toxins and heavy metals which are not only going to cause weight gain, but are also harmful to your overall health long term.
