Hi all! Looks like I'll be starting off the Friday weigh in. I'm happy to report that I'm down 2.8 lbs. I'm surprised by that considering I didn't workout for almost a week? Also, I've been eating more comfort foods since I've been sick but still trying to mind portion control. I'm happy for the lose either way!

Current Weight (30/Jan/15) - 141 lbs.
1st Goal (to get out of an 'overweight' BMI)- 136 lbs.
Easter Challenge Goal - 129 lbs. (aiming to get back out of the 130's)
