Starting new fitness routine. Need some tips and encouragement!
Hi! On Monday, when the new semester starts, I'm going to begin taking some fitness classes. On Wednesdays and Thursdays, I'll be doing an aerobics class, and on Mondays and Fridays (and maybe Wednesday, if I'm up to it later) I'll be doing a strength and conditioning class. I'm a 19 year old girl, a tad overweight, and mostly just want to look good in a bathing suit. I've never, ever, ever been fit. I've always been very sedentary. I know this will be VERY hard. Does anyone have any tips for how to make the most of it, so I don't give up?
