I'm so sorry to hear that you and your husband having been trying to get pregnant for 7 years....I can only imagine how stressful and disappointing that must be for you both. Unfortunately I have no insight for you with regards to PCOS, but I do have some advice regarding exercise, diet and quitting smoking. You asked if diet and exercise can help PCOS...which like I said I know nothing about...however, diet and exercise are so essential when quitting smoking!! I wish I had focused on diet and exercise when I quit smoking....maybe then I wouldn't have gained weight. I gained 15 lbs. in a matter of a few weeks! Diet and exercise may not be a cure all, but you really can't go wrong by eating well and moving your body.
