I wasn't too bad over Christmas but I did gain. It could have been a lot worse. How is every one else doing?

You are not alone my friend! I wasn't too bad either...I did drink wine and ate some potato chips and I'm way up...3 lbs. up! I know it's water weight from the salt in the chips and the wine....I always gain after vino. I've got 4 days to get rid of the 3 lbs. of water weight and 1.4 additional pounds to hit my NYE goal. I'm doubtful that I'll achieve it, but I'm not going down without a fight!
