At the start of the challenge I weighed 169 and today I weigh 173 so I gained 4 pounds. I am disappointed in myself for not working harder and not sticking to my diet. Today is the beginning of a brand new year and a new start to lose weight.

exercise 3X a week
calories under 1100 per day
lose 20 pounds or more by 2015
