Well this is it! I just finished my 'last chance' workout (if anyone watches Biggest Loser...). I started my day with day 11 of my new 30 day challenge and ended it with an additional 65 minute youtube HIIT workout and 40 minutes on the elliptical. I'm wiped! I've truly done all I can to hit my target tomorrow morning. Stay tuned to see what my results are tomorrow! And to those of you who have joined my, post your results!!!!
