Checking back in with day 9 of the new 30 day challenge with Crazy Fat Blast Workout then topped it off this evening with another 67 minutes on the elliptical.

12 Week Exercise Challenge, 84 days...84 workouts

Week 5, Day 3 - yes

Current Weight (23/Jan/15) - 141 lbs.
1st Goal (to get out of an 'overweight' BMI)- 136 lbs.

Easter Challenge Goal - 129 lbs. (aiming to get back out of the 130's)
