Totally agree BeachGirl! I just had my last 'Christmas' dinner/get together...but at least it was at my own home so I did my best to keep the carbs low and skipped on dessert....but I did drink wine so my weight may go back up tomorrow. I'm trying to ward of water weight by drinking more water than usual...we'll see if it works! I ended up composting a 1/4 black forest cake (sent home with my daughter after an xmas party) and a cherry loaf and variety of cookies made for me (I know bad eh!?!?!). It's just seriously gross how much food gets passed around at not necessary!

Glad to know you're on board with us trying to shed some during the holidays. I'm thinking my efforts have been futile, but if I hadn't been trying I'm sure it would have been much worse!

Short Term Goal - 136.6 lbs (31/Oct/14)
Current Weight - 136.4 lbs (10/Oct/14) Back to a healthy BMI!
Goal Weight - 114 lbs (aiming for March 31, 2015!!)
