This sounds I love a good triple dog dare! When you did the PLP challenge, did you add it on to your regular lifting and running? I'm currently doing a 30 day challenge that includes cardio and weights, so I'm wondering if the PLP can be an add on?

Goal Weight - 114 lbs (aiming for 31/Oct/14!!)
