Checking in with day 4 of my new 30 day challenge. Hoping to do doubles as many days as possible this week in hopes of hitting my NYE goal. Only 9 more days! Not to mention the challenging few days sprinkled in there with Christmas holidays. I have to remind myself this is why I started this challenge was to keep focused thorugh the holidays....a time when normally I would have gained weight...well not this year!

Goal Weight - 114 lbs (aiming for 31/Oct/14!!)
