Checking in with day 4 of my new 30 day challenge. Hoping to do doubles as many days as possible this week in hopes of hitting my NYE goal. Only 9 more days! Not to mention the challenging few days sprinkled in there with Christmas holidays. I have to remind myself this is why I started this challenge was to keep focused thorugh the holidays....a time when normally I would have gained weight...well not this year!

Week 4, Day 1 - yes
Week 4, Day 2 - yes
Week 4, Day 3 - yes
Week 4, Day 4 - yes

Restart Weight (02/Jan/15) - 145.6 lbs
Current Weight (20/March/15) - 140.4 lbs.
1st Goal (to get out of an 'overweight' BMI)- 136 lbs.
Easter Challenge Goal - 129 lbs.
Distance Challenge - 108.1/150 miles by Easter
