I'm not a "lady" but I'm with you! I just started about a week ago too, using a calorie conscious diet, adjusted what I'm eating to pump up the protein in my diet. my old lifestyle had me at about 10% or less of my calories coming from protein. My new Lifestyle is 30% or higher, (aiming for 40% protein, 40% carbs, 20% fats)
