Thanks for the b-day wishes

Another great week for us all!

Libby - I know you've had a rough week not feeling well, but you finished strong. Take measurements but also take pictures periodically. I had never tried that before, but I have (this time around ) and I'm amazed how I can see the differences more than it shows on the scale.

Becca - Another couple pounds down! What's your secret?

Looks like baxtman has abandoned ship?
