Hi all Checking in with my workout of the day and my weigh in. I lost .8 lbs!! May not sound like a lot but I'm extatic about it!! I was expecting a gain this week, so I'll take it!

12 Weeks, 84 days...84 workouts
Week 1, 7 Days total - done
Week 2, 5 Days total - missed 2 days this week

Week 3, Day 1 - yes

Libby - Great job getting in an evening work out! You ar feeling better aren't you!!!
