Hi Mern Please join us...and any others who are lurking or just rejoining...get on board!! There are a few of us who have a New Year challenge going and all are welcome to join us. Pick a target weight and then do what you can to meet it and check in! We're also doing an exercise check in. 12 weeks...84 workouts! Doesn't need to be anything crazy...a walk, a run, yoga, stretching...however you like to get your body moving counts! Just get your heart rate up Hope you'll join us! Here's the link!
