Hi there jjrudd There are a few of us who are doing a New Year Challenge. We're setting a goal for New Year's Eve and then trying our best to reach it! We're also doing a 12 Week Workout challenge! We're aiming to workout for 84 days straight. Doesn't have to be crazy stuff, just get your body moving enough to raise the heart rate. We're also weighing and checking in on Fridays. Please feel free to join us for support and motivation!

ReStart Weight (02/Jan/15) - 145.6 lbs
Current Weight (23/Jan/15) - 141 lbs.
1st Goal (to get out of an 'overweight' BMI)- 136 lbs.

Easter Challenge Goal - 129 lbs. (aiming to get back out of the 130's)
