There are a few of us who are doing a New Year Challenge. We're setting a goal for New Year's Eve and then trying our best to reach it! We're also doing a 12 Week Workout challenge! We're aiming to workout for 84 days straight. Doesn't have to be crazy stuff, just get your body moving enough to raise the heart rate. We're also weighing and checking in on Fridays. Short Term Goal - 136.6 lbs (31/Oct/14)
Current Weight - 136.4 lbs (10/Oct/14) Back to a healthy BMI!
Goal Weight - 114 lbs (aiming for March 31, 2015!!)
