This is pretty much the same post as yesterday morning...checking in with my daily workout. Thanks for starting this Libby...I love being accoutnable for my workouts. It is serious motivation for me!
Another crazy and intense 1 our and 12 minute interval workout...mixing up body weight exercises and jump rope! Thank goodness the workout scheduled for tomorrow is a little shorter. I've also been adding in extra cardio on the eliptical as often as I can to kick it up a notch.
