Hi all Checking back in with my workout for the day....a 40 HIIT workout on the elliptical. Awesome workout!

12 Weeks, 84 days...84 workouts
Week 1, Day 1 - yes
Week 1, Day 2 - yes
Week 1, Day 3 - yes
Week 1, Day 4 - yes
