Default Please help before i go crazy!!

I am new to Fitday 2 (I am using the one you pay for) and I cannot work out how to DELETE Custom and Recent foods for good.

Also I have looked over the site until my eyes go wonky and I cannot see a HELP section anywhere where I might get these answers.

I so wish I could upgrade to Premium and stop the annoying ads but it appears you have to live in the US or Canada. I just don't understand that.

PLEASE HELP BEFORE I GO BONKERS.
