Most people do lose weight slowly when they diet successfully. If there's more weight loss at the beginning, it 'evens out' as the rate slows, you pass the 'water weight' initial stage, and people try to actually stay on a diet. It's hard to control pounds lost like tap water controlled by a faucet. More like a fire that's being fed fuel.

Just i want to say that if you want to keep proper fitness of the body and weight loss then you should be take care of the diets habit.According to me that if you follow the diet rules and do some suitable exercises then you can easily reduce the extra body weight.

Engage in regular exercises and follow balanced diet meal plan to lose weight slowly. Prefer raw food over processed food and drink more water than routine to boost metabolism. Avoid skipping breakfast and do not eat late.

Losing weight is not an easy task to do I tell you, I'm saying this because I've gone through several diet plan and exercise just to lose weight. It is hard but I never give up. You must try it, make a plan on how you will do it and find some motivation.
